The Integrated Justice Program (IJP) is an independent project that uses a unique team-based approach to writing Gladue Reports and other submissions at no cost to the Indigenous individual. The team includes three certified Gladue writers with lead interviewers and writers who are Indigenous. The IJP has been delivering Gladue services in the province of Saskatchewan since 2020 and has written approximately 100 Gladue submissions which have been well-received by the courts. The IJP is invested in increasing the capacity for Gladue in the province through collaboration, training, and coordination of services.
